Headed to North Dakota to check out the Maah Daah Hey trail. It is a 144-mile non-motorized single track trail in North Dakota, that reaches from USFS Burning Coal Vein Campground 30 miles south of Medora to the USFS CCC campground 16 miles south of Watford City. The trail takes you through the badlands where wind and water have sculpted the landscape into pyramid domes, buttes and plateaus. We started from the CCC campground doing sections as we travelled south.
